
Magnetic coupling works in the sealles magnetic drive pumps, which transporting volatile, flammable, explosive and toxic solution with no leakage.
Bolh inner and outer rotors, which are fitted with permanent magnets (NdFeB and SmCo) in a multipole arrangement, move at the same speed (synchronous), so as to achieve the no contact transfer of movement.
Feller magnetic coupling's advantages are apparent:
• Optimizing design, which is maximum torque per magnet volume, minimym size and price for a given torque.
• Working temperature; NdFeB <140°C; SmCo <28O°C
• The inertia balance grade for the inner and outer rotor is G6.3.
• Material: Inner rotor: A1S1 3O4SS or 316SS
Outer rotor A1S1 3O4SS or carbon steel Isolation shell: AISI 304SS, 3I6SS, TC4. or no metal material
• Besides pumps , the coupling can be used in autoclaves and agitator
• The construction, dimension, shaft and flange of the inner and u rotor can be designed and processed as customer's requirements.
